Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, quotations, orders, and use of products provided by Trentex Furniture. By placing an order or using this website, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
1. Pricing
All prices are quoted on an ex-factory basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Inspection
Final inspection of products shall be conducted at the Company’s manufacturing facility. Once goods are dispatched or delivered, they shall be deemed inspected and accepted.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or upon completion, as mutually agreed in writing.
Failure to clear payments may result in delay or suspension of delivery without any liability on the Company.
4. Mode of Payment
Payments shall be made via account payee cheque, pay order, or demand draft in favor of Trentex Furniture only.
5. Lead Time & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and shall be confirmed at the time of order placement. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including material shortages, transportation issues, or client-side delays.
6. Transportation
All transportation, handling, unloading, and related costs shall be arranged and borne solely by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Taxes & GST
GST shall be charged at 18% for FBR-registered customers holding a valid STRN. Customers without STRN shall be charged GST @22%.
Any additional taxes, duties, or levies imposed by the Government of Pakistan shall be applicable at the time of invoicing or payment.
8. Payment Clearance
All payments must be settled strictly as per agreed terms. The customer shall not withhold or delay payment due to any delay or issue caused by the customer.
9. Warranty Policy
The Company provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal office use conditions.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, at the Company’s discretion.
10. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, fabric wear, color variations, or fading.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, overloading, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage caused during transportation, relocation, or handling after delivery.
- Exposure to moisture, chemicals, heat, termites, or unsuitable site conditions.
11. Returns & Refunds
Any complaint regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported within two (2) working days of delivery.
Customized, made-to-order, or special-finish office furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within fifteen (15) working days.
12. Site Conditions & Installation
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the site is fully prepared and suitable prior to delivery and installation.
The Company shall not be responsible for damage caused due to incomplete civil work, ongoing renovation, moisture, termites, or environmental factors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
The Company’s maximum liability shall be strictly limited to the invoice value of the affected product only.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms shall become effective upon publication on the website.
